Dedicated Financial GBC Welcomes Amy Pona as General Counsel

Dedicated Financial GBC is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Pona as General Counsel. In this role, Pona will oversee the company’s legal strategy and support its continued growth and expansion. Pona brings more than a decade of legal experience in creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, and strategic business growth.

Before joining Dedicated, she spent 14 years with Gurstel Law Firm, P.C., most recently serving as Director of Strategic Growth and Marketing. Pona also spent nearly 10 years as the firm’s Director of Commercial Litigation, supervising a multi-state legal practice and representing a wide variety of creditors and debt buyers.

Her combined legal and business experience brings a valuable perspective to Dedicated’s leadership team. As General Counsel, Pona will guide legal strategy, support business initiatives, and help the organization navigate an evolving legal and regulatory landscape. Her addition further strengthens Dedicated’s leadership and infrastructure as the company continues to grow and expand its best-in-class collection services.
