Job Description
Small Business Direct Lender with headquarters in Las Vegas, NV and offices in NYC seeks a highly motivated, successful, organized Business Development Manager for our office at ONE WORLD TRADE CENTER.
Key Accountability's:
• Introduce our products and services to defined target markets.
• Meet or exceed defined sales goals and standards for business development performance.
• Leverage existing network of clientele to identify and prospect new business referrals.
• Maintain awareness of all new developments in products and services as well as policy, technology
• Work collaboratively with Underwriting Department and Relationship Management Representatives to ensure prospective and new customers are effectively boarded and established with relationship management.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Teachable
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated successful performance in previous jobs
