Developer looking for a total of 500K-$750k spread out over 3 Deals. Scheduled to Start a development project worth $320-mil. in January 19' to build over 10,000 homes. Looking for additional capital to start project. I can provide contract for upcoming contract with all supporting documentation.

Issue with the file is, they have inconsistent deposit history - 1 month its 10k in deposits & another month is 2-million. Total Revenue for last 12 months is 7-million.
