Our BLOC-3 Product or Business Line of
Choice financing, offers your clients flexible terms in the form of an interest only payment schedule for the first 6-12 months. In 6-12 months all the interest on the capital is paid. What remains is the principle which the client has up to 3 years to pay back. We double the term of any other lender out there. Imagine, your clients having a flexible balloon payment plan in place, reducing the amount of stress your typical revenue based loan puts on a business.

The Difference
We’ve Introduced Secured commercial Lending into the world of Alternative Financing and the difference is clear. Larger Funding amounts (x3 monthly revenues). We can go up to 75% Loan to value on commercial or residential real estate and we are the only direct lenders that will look at Raw Land (Up To 50% Loan to Value). We Provide up to 8 points on the funding amount and as an intermediary you have access to our second to none business development team. Bottom Line is this, the larger the amount you finance the more you make.
