*Phase 10 The Funding Phase*
This Phase is the set of steps between Stage 9 and Stage 10. It is the last phase in the Sales Process.
Key Step #1: Follow up with Underwriting until you get the Funding Notice.
Why is this important?
Speed and efficiency is the name of the game here. Assuming everything is all set gets us in trouble. The goal is not to be a pest, but to make sure to deliberately ask the Underwriter if they have everything they need to fund.
Were trying to avoid getting to the end of the day and then learning one stip or signature was missed and now it has to be fished. Merchant wont be happy time kills deals.
Follow up is crucial for everyone were dealing with in the Sales Process assume nothing and stay on top of everyone until you get the Funding Notice!
