We’re hiring someone to run two 1-hour remote training sessions per week for our MCA sales reps.
We currently have 1 rep now and will scale to ~15 reps by end of March.
Training should focus on MCA rep fundamentals — discovery, objections, closing, scripts, and repeatable execution, not consulting/strategy.
Budget: $250–$500 per week.
