I have an applicant who is looking for a Sale/Lease Back. He has a loan currently on his equipment for $4 million. The equipment has an appraised value of $8 million. He needs to get additional cash out. He has no cash flow coming in currently. He has missed 3 daily payments. He needs to get an additional $1 million out of the equipment yet will take $300k. He has little business credit and his personal credit is a 493. He has late payments and is over extended. He needs this loan like now. DIRECT LENDERS ONLY. NEED AN ISO PACKAGE. I have a complete package ready to go. He needs to BE FUNDED THIS WEEK.
