Need help with international UBO

Greetings,

I have a paper, eCommerce, 3.5 years in business, no negative month, 6.6M in revenue all in, around 220k revenue/mo, 22% approx bottomline profit, no debt, profitable.

US LLC, us Bank account, Shopify Payments processor, but the UBO is non-US citizen and has no soil.

I am looking to structure RBF or Term but most of my existing lenders require US UBO.

Anyone who can work on this?
