Seeking commercial lenders for various commercial deals that I have. One is a refi on owner occ warehouse. The purchase was July 2022. Seeking a lender that does not require 12 months of seasoning for a refi - will consider a rate/term refi - no cash out to get around the seasoning.

Also looking for no doc commercial loans and 12 months bank statement loans. In addition, please forward your broker agreement and guidelines

Whisper Capital has 10 months seasoning - direct lender
Both are NoDoc and SISA.
Whisper has no Fico.

thank you kindly!!! quick question maybe you can help - I have a software firm that received approval for $163K ERTC. I can't find a loan for him as they have a PEO. Do you know any company that will lend or purchase an ERTC with a PEO?
