    Who's funding 1MM-3MM Term & 30MM+ Term ???

    Who are you guys using for 1MM-3MM Term Loans these days???

    Also what about for Jumbo Loans of 30MM+ ?????

      For 1MM+ term loans you either go SBA (for under 5MM) or you go to a middle market lender.

      Middle market depends on revenue, industry and EBITDA.
