Does he have assets for a hard money property loan in first position...$6M on $8M revenue ain't going to happen...what's the use of funds?...why does he need so much by the end of the month? What's the collateral?

Yes he does have assets for HM...however not sure if that's what he wants to do ultimately
The use of funds is to acquire a nightclub/bar/tavern (3 in 1) that currently makes $8MM in gross ($3MM in net) annually.
The closing is in mid Oct. Having a commitment for this month is the main priority.

The current asking for the business is $8MM. He is looking to get the price down to $6.5MM.
