Fix and Flip Real Estate Company - Need true line of Credit Monthly Payment option

Hey Guys,
Just got shot down at Blue Vine which has an amazing true line of credit product with a monthly payment option and 12 month term.
Company made $2million over the last 3 months,FICO score 692 and Time in Business 7 years.
I am looking for a lender that does monthly payments for a Fix and Flip Real Estate Company. Anybody have a referral that meets this criteria?
