Need a good startup lender

Looking for some options

I have partners that want to open up a brewery here is some quick info on them
they both make 125k a year in their jobs...one is an operations manager and the other works at a brewery
one has credit in the 626 to 652 range and the other is in the 750s
Both have homes...equity in one is around 350k and the other 280k
They are wanting to get around 700-750k

any takers?

They need to write up a business plan and get funding with equity financing to start. Start up funding won't cover anything close to that. I could see maybe a personal loan for the guy with the 750 Fico at around maybe $120K. SBA microloan would be $50K but I don't remember if they would do a brewery. And then what about licensing for that industry?
