Smartbiz SBA lenders- quick question

I have been using smartbiz - with no luck with return emails or phone calls. Does anyone know anything about this lender? I have a couple of deals that they refuse to pay my commission and can't get them on the phone.

Can anyone recommend a reputable lender for SBA deals
