    Florida is a hard place to be a direct lender or a broker (ISO), specially Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Marketing is key and YES client acquisition = $$$$.

      Oh I was just making a joke about the snake we had at the office today... not really about operating in Florida. I have operated out of Gainesville Florida for the past 6 years and it has not created a barrier for me in the marketplace.
