We are launching our new live transfer program! What sets us apart? We have an onshore call center, not only are our leads pre-qualified, they are also opt-in from our marketing campaigns. This means that they are actively seeking funding and not being cold called. That is the biggest negative for most live transfers. They may qualify for funding, but aren't actually seeking it out. With us they are! We started this program due to a high number of requests from our lead buyers who have had great success with our web generated leads. We solicited input from our existing buyers on what would be the best options. Number one was no off-shore call centers! Merchants prefer, and are more responsive to American accents. And number two was merchants actually requesting money, not being cold called. Done! We are going live next week with this program and are only taking on three new buyers to start.
