* Terms between 4 -8 months
* 500 & above credit score at least 1 year in business (including sole prop and home-bases businesses)
* We require a minimum of 3 deposits a month relative in size
* We also fund tougher SIC's - trucking, construction and auto dealers
* Tax Liens and Bankruptcies OK (tax liens must be on a payment plan and BK's has to have been discharged)
* Buy rates starts at 1.25 and goes up to 1.40 with 10-15 points up sell
* No state restrictions
* We go out to 3rd position (we do not buy out or consolidate other positions)
* Quick response and open communication with entire team
* Quick turnaround time (upon receiving submission, we will have an answer for you within 2 hours)
* NOW offering Weekly on a limited basis for selected merchants
* We pay 100% on all renewals
* We offer early pay-off discounts
* Syndication opportunities available for established partners
* White Label program available for established partners
* We keep all declines in-house (we do not broker deals out nor have a sales dept)
