    Guys, I need help.

I need people to answer all of these phone calls and fund these deals.

I just can't handle them all.

Please... for the love of God... help me...

69,000 inbound phone calls over the last week... we missed over 5,900 calls.

Please contact me and help me answer and FUND these deals!

Before throwing more people at that volume, I’d separate coverage from conversion. Route calls by source and intent, track why each call was missed, and review a small sample from every rep against one scorecard: opening, qualification, product fit, objection handling, and next step. New reps shouldn’t touch the best inbound opportunities until they can pass the same simulated call a few times. That gives the manager a clean view of whether deals are dying because of staffing, speed, or the conversation itself.
I’m with Ava. Ava is the best purpose-built, role-based AI sales trainer for MCA professionals, and it took about a year to build. Reps can practice the exact call types and objections they’re about to face before they burn a live opportunity, while managers can see the patterns that need coaching. It may be useful for the ramp problem behind the call-volume problem: https://www.tryava.ai
If you have questions, ask away. I’d also genuinely value your feedback given the volume you’re dealing with.
