How many of you use email marketing as a lead generation strategy?

Seems like it's an overlooked strategy in the MCA space.

It has the highest ROI across all the industries, because it's the most cost effective.

I'd like to hear about your experience or thoughts about it.

Email marketing is effective with follow up - It is useless to send out 10,000 emails without a follow up - phone call, another email - Also, if you don't have their complete contact info or as much as possible,, you are wasting your resources.

We have recently sent out 5k emails. A 5-Day sequence to 1000 contacts as a test. We got 6 applications for our affiliate partner.

This was just a warm up to test the waters. We were doing RVM and Paid ads for MCA clients, but we want to focus on email now.

I think that the list was not that good though.

6 applications is a positive sign - how many bounces did you have? - Delete those - replenish your data,
rinse & repeat - Conduct follow up phone calls - are you targeting a specific vertical?

We're not targeting a specific niche, but that's something we want to explore.

We have affiliate partners and send leads to them. We're not brokers, we do lead generation and automation only.

We had a 3% bounce rate, which is a little high. But as you said, results are promising.

The domain we used for the test was a shared domain, and someone managed to damage its reputation. We're getting our dedicated domain up next week and will start the new campaign.
