Preferably a broker who I can cultivate a working relationship with me. I dont care if you are new to the industry or a seasoned vet. If you show me you care and that you are worth my time, I will focus my attention and energy into your deals and making sure everything is smooth.
While im not new to sales, I do have a different approach since I played the other side of the fence for so long.
Ive come to realize that the majority of the industry is all the same. What makes a difference is who youre dealing with.
