I recently exited Dynamic capital, a successful commercial lending brokerage, and started a new venture called TMPLR. TMPLR is a Blockchain-based ecosystem featuring a dual-sided platform designed to benefit businesses and their backers.
SBOs are being abused in a lending space riddled with predatory high risk lenders who seek to issue loans with high rates and short terms that are borderlining usury.
