I have a dedicated pool ($20mm+) of high net worth / family office money and a multi-year track record in investing in participations with syndicate partners. I'm looking for new potential syndicate partners (directly with funders or through ISO participation rights). We're flexible on terms/structure but typically purchase between $250K-$1mm in monthly volume (note that we're buying a % interest, not whole loans/advances). We're willing to pay a management fee / profit participation.
