Yellowstone is seeking a director of internal affairs to support management in the enforcement of company policies as it relates to operations and marketing. The hire will work directly with the head of security to ensure all company regulations are properly followed by all employees. This will include working with sales reps and funders to ensure they are properly trained to input data correctly into all systems. It will also include monitoring call logs to account for all incoming leads from proper marketing channels. The job will be part proactive (training and assisting employees to do their job accurately and efficiently) and part enforcement (running analytics to ensure everything was done correctly).
