    This is a 100% inside sales role—you must be ‘cool with the cube.’ We have a fun, energetic, business casual work environment with a management team that is committed to your success. Our sales team enjoys an incentive compensation package that includes a generous base plus commissions, bonuses, spiffs, contests etc.—no cap on earnings!

    Job Summary
    Our sales environment combines pre-screened qualified leads with a stream of warm outbound calls—leveraging our rich client database of both existing and potential clients. This opportunity allows our Funding Advisors the ability to gain knowledge and experience across a multitude of industries while partnering with business owners to solve for their cash flow issues.
    Funding Advisors are expected to successfully prospect and evaluate the financial needs of business owners, establish credibility and formulate working capital financial solutions and programs that best match our prospect’s business objectives.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline preferred
    • A minimum of 2 years combined experience in alternative lending; selling of financial services to include; Working Capital, Equipment Leasing, Merchant Cash Advance programs, etc.
    • A minimum combined total of 4 years of general sales experience
    • Prior telephone sales experience demonstrating a track record of success as a closer, achieving goals and quota’s, and top ranking status (making over 75 calls a day)
    • Competitive spirit, self-motivated, driven and a desire to be a successful
    • Professional business acumen with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Sense of ownership and pride in what you do
    • Practice sales in a consultative relationship building approach with the know how to convert objections into commitments and to maintain organization and priorities throughout your business day
    • Desire to learn and grow, possessing a strong work ethic and the ability and willingness to sell (this is not an order- taking position)

    Other Qualifications
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
    • Proficient use of MS Office Suite
    • Quick head for numbers
    • Thrive on energy, passion and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
