    Seeking a Telemarketer for a developing Merchant Cash Advance company - National Advance Group


    Perform credit risk analysis on prospective and existing clients, and other operational duties.
    • Prepare Lending Contracts
    • Conduct credit and background checks on business and business owners
    • Conduct verification of lease or ownership status of business premises -- by calling and verifying landlord references, mortgage payment status.
    • Analyze bank Merchant Interviews to understand the nature of a client's business operations
    • Perform recorded funding calls with merchants to review terms of loans
    • Help to establish funding criteria, render credit decisions and credit approval guidelines.
    • Maintain funding and repayment records, work with collections, aid in Operations and Account Management for the collection and workout of clients with credit difficulties.

    Required Skills & Responsibilities:
    • Reviewing credit reports, bank statements and merchant statements
    • Reviewing performance of existing cash advances
    • Reviewing financial statements & credit reports
    • Reviewing renewals, balances and payoffs
    • File UCC & Searches
    • Handling collection matters
    • Applicant must have merchant cash advance underwriting experience
