The Senior Director, Inbound Marketing will play a critical role on the marketing team and report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. Located in New York, this person will be responsible for delivering world class results related to lead generation for Capify, a leading global provider of alternative finance and lending solutions.
This person will be assisting in the re-definition our traditional and digital lead acquisition marketing strategy, and should be a master at digital and paid media tactics, web/mobile analytics, funnel optimization, search engine optimization, lead partner management and direct response effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Develop an aggressive lead generation strategy for the ultra-competitive U.S market, which will include elements of traditional, digital media lead generation, search, retargeting, display, social ads, native ads, inbound direct mail, programmatic, etc.
Manage call center/lead partner relationships - CPA, CPL and performance based
Campaign management and optimization setting up, tracking, reporting and optimizing media campaigns
Leverage existing and implement new marketing automation tools
Manage and develop lead partners and affiliate programs
Support all inbound marketing acquisition programs
Manage search engine optimization across web properties
Sharpen lead quality and develop multi-factor lead scoring to ensure profitable growth of our business
Coordinate and assist in localizing efforts across multiple global locations
Requirements:
5-8 years direct marketing and lead gen experience at a marketing driven company
Experience evaluating and managing lead generation programs and lead partners/call centers
Experience with advanced digital advertising - paid search, programmatic display and native, social ads, retargeting, etc.
Deep understanding of analytics as it relates use for segmentation, funnel conversion and events
Ability to manage and optimize SEO programs
Ability to collaborate with inside sales team on lead gen programs to optimize sales conversion
Familiarity with salesforce CRM, Pardot marketing automation, and telephony platforms
High energy, collaborative, change agent and a strong communicator
Data driven and highly analytical
Willingness to take risks, implement a new approach, evaluate and course correct
Previous B2SMB experience preferred, experience in alt lending/finance a plus
Salary Range: based on experience
