Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Merchant Solutions Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a high-risk, high-reward environment. The primary responsibilities include lead generation, qualifying leads, market research, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth through effective outbound sales development.

Compensation
This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. As a Merchant Solutions Specialist, you will receive a commission based on the successful sale of various financial products.
Payment is made via ACH within thirty (30) days of the company receiving funds from the sales you generate. As we grow, there will be opportunities to transition to a salary + commission structure.

- Prior experience in the finance industry is highly desirable.
