As an ISO Relationship Manager, you will be vital in maintaining and developing relationships with MCA and business finance brokers to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships, and providing them with personalized support and solutions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for your ISOs.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for building strong relationships. Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with ISOs to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Provide personalized support and solutions to meet the specific needs of ISOs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for ISOs
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to position our products and services effectively
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans to achieve sales targets
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on ISO relationships and business performance
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with ISOs
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive business growth
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- 100% Commissions no income cap
