    South Shore Funding first opened in 2017. We quickly established a reputable name in the financing industry by doing the right thing by our clients. Our original office is in Long Beach, NY. We are now expanding and building a new sales team.

    We are seeking results-driven representatives to join our team! Our sales reps will be given all the tools necessary to be successful. You will be set up at your own desk in a beautiful, newly renovated office. You will be set up with the best customer relations management software (CRM), brand new computers, and a top of the line phone system. You will receive plenty of leads of business owners and consumers around the country who are actively looking for financing. All you need to do is dial, dial, dial and you will be successful.

    We are in an industry that has shown to be extremely profitable year after year, and is still growing. We follow a proven business model!

    South Shore will be providing merchants and consumers with an array of different financing products. We offer Business Funding as well as Personal Funding. We offer every product needed for you to be successful… Term Loans, Lines of Credit, SBA Loans, Real Estate Loans, Invoice Factoring, Merchant Cash Advances, Personal Loans, Credit Card Lines, and more.

    How do we differ from the competition?

    Most financing companies only offer one or two products. We don’t believe in leaving money on the table so we provide all the different lending products available under one roof. We do this so our sales reps have the ability to make money on any lead. We will provide you with a Funding Matrix that covers all of our different products and shows you what the criteria is for each product and what documents are required for each product as well. We will train you on all of these products.

    What will be expected from you?

    Representatives will be expected to identify a prospect's financial needs, and assist them in choosing the appropriate financial product for them. This is something that is extremely important to us because most financial companies are pushing their merchants into garbage loans with high interest, just so they can make commission. We will teach you how to build a book the right way, and how to make maximum profit from a client while simultaneously doing the right thing for them and their business. The client will know that you did right by them and you will earn their loyalty. You will get their repeat business and over time your book will grow.
    From the initial call with a prospect, up until funding, as well as after funding, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing this relationship between the client and South Shore. You will be responsible for responding to clients inquiries in a professional manner, providing sound financial suggestions, and for following up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided.

    How much can I expect to earn?

    It is not uncommon for reps to grow to making 20K per month or more within the first 6 months. There are plenty of people in this industry making over 7 figures. It’s up to you what you make. Notice we used the word EARN… Since this is a commission based job, you decide how hard you want to work and subsequently how much you make.

    What will be my schedule?

    This position allows you to create your own flexible working schedule. Since this is a commission based job we give you the freedom and the luxury of creating your own schedule. With that said, there aren’t many desks available so desks will go to the top producers and hardest workers. We will have business hours of 9am-4pm, Monday through Friday, and we would like to see you at your desk for the majority of those hours.


    * Previous Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Other Related Fields is a Plus But Not Required.
    * Computer Literate.
    * Strong Negotiation Skills.

    * Receptive to Constructive Criticism.
    * Ability to Build Rapport With Clients.
    * Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
