You must have:
- Significant MCA or B2B sales experience
- A hustle mentality and a craving for opportunity
- Dealing directly with merchants to bring in files and close deals
- Maintaining solid product and industry knowledge
- Hands-on product and sales training if necessary
- A sophisticated in-house CRM system to track leads, offers, contracts, and closed deals
- An experienced in-house team including admin staff with deep industry knowledge and expertise
