MCA Team Leader/Closer Wanted

BFA is expanding! We are seeking new MCA Team Leaders/Closers to join our growing firm!

You will have the autonomy to work your own deals and grow your own team. Top commission splits - Commissions 10k-20k+ monthlyAs a legacy shop we have strong and deep lending relationships that allow for high volume of funding with better commissions.

You will be responsible for:

• Dealing directly with merchants to bring in files and close deals
• Motivating and training incoming sales reps to communicate lending options
• Maintaining solid product and industry knowledge

We will provide you with:

• Training manuals and other resources for incoming sales reps
• A sophisticated in-house CRM system to track leads, offers, contracts, and closed deals
• An experienced in-house team including admin staff with deep industry knowledge and expertise

You will have the ability to:

• Hire sales reps under you to bring in applications
• Work directly with lenders to obtain offers
• Shop and negotiate your own deals

You must have:

• A hustle mentality and a craving for opportunity
• Significant industry experience
• Strong leadership qualities
