Client has excellent credit (700 plus) and averages about 65k in monthly deposits. He has an outstanding advance right now with about a 60k balance. Client is looking for 60k and at least 8 months to repay. He has already turned down 58k for 7 months. However, he has committed to 60k for 8 months or more. 13 years in business. Client wants to close this week.
