Who is the best for a totally 'A' list deal like this.

Restaurant doing well over $10mm/year in revenues (with a long history), personally guaranteed deal by 2 owners, one with a net worth of $20mm and the other is worth a lot more.

Looking for $500k in equipment financing over 3-5 years (in the form of a lease), but they do not want a high rate like I normally get for my crappy truck deals. I need a top shelf, equipment lender..direct lenders only please.

Bill Schneider at CRC is the best. He is a direct lender and he gets rates
