I have a merchant who just got funded last week by SFS daily payment is $499.99 they are looking for a 2nd position for about 25K. Daily payment being around 250 a day. This is roughly about 120 day term on a 2nd. Please PM me if you think you can help me out. I have all stipulations, just need a solid offer and the guy will put pen to paper.

You're looking for $25K on a 2nd at a 1.2 Factor? That's pretty unheard of. Depending on your merchant's monthly deposits, you can probably expect $25K at a 1.45 (Daily being around $302)

I highly doubt that any of the people who responded here are going to give you a 6 month 1.20 2nd position. It might be time to bring the expectations of the merchant back down out of the clouds

I know I'm late to the party, but for future reference, Pearl has 2nd positions that go out as far as 10 months and factors starting at a 1.25 (with points built in)
