Client has two positions. 1st- 50k with 15k remaining paying 450 daily. Small 2nd of 15k with 10k remaining paying 206 daily. Credit challenged but 70k average monthly rev's, never missed a payment, no nsf's, strong daily balance. Need 50k, 15k of which will take out first. Need a 1.4 over 176 to beat current offer. Must close it tomorrow. Who can do this deal?
