Looking for a home for a deal. Wants around 75k has some NSF issues that they have pulled themselves out. Has a 1st position with CAN with a balance of 35k, wants to pay that off. Averaging about 90k per month in deposits 60k of that is Credit Card Processing.

For borrowers with many NSF's and negative days, WBL is one of the few lenders that can still get them funded.
