Attn Direct Investor: Consolidation for 5 yr old trucking company in the midwest

This is a 5 year old trucking/transport company with one owner of 610 credit.. running 15 OTR trucks. The funding request is $400K. The company is generating $700K/month.

This merchant ended up only taking $50K on 7/11/16 (we offered him $200K). Well the next day, they realized they needed $25K more to cover A/R short-fall, so I facilitated $25K for him the same day.. A few weeks ago they needed $70K, to cover another short fall on A/R for their insurance premium, which was funded by two investors, $20K and $50K. Now they have 4 advances, paying out $2511/day in total and owe a total of $190K. Banking is managed very well.. no negatives/nsf activity.

I need a DIRECT INVESTOR to consider funding $380K, which will net them $190K.. They only need $100K, but will accept more to facilitate 50% net rule.

Note: They are already factoring with a national factoring company.. and will be looking for a better deal. For now, we need the consolidation attended to.
