I am trying to help an associate find a match for this deal:
- Seeking $850k
- Weak personal credit (fico 620 +/-)
- A++ real estate with $3.2mil in clean equity
- Will be secured as 2nd position
- 10% with Interest only payments
- 5 year term (10 desired but 5 minimum)
- 1st year paid in advance
- No early payoff penalty after 1st year
- No lates, ever, on existing 1st
- Will pay a 5% fee to dealmaker if full $850k is obtained, 3% otherwise.
- Purpose of funds: Business launch/expansion
- Not looking for complex terms/stips/loops, just a clean deal.
- Close by June 10th
