Is this golf course in Ohio?

Good luck, there are several problems with golf courses, the first is, they cost about 150-300,000 per year to maintain the course, then you have to take care of the ponds, etc, on the other side, you have the members, and if they stop paying or you have HOA disputes or someone gets hurt on the course that leads to a whole host of other issues, I know this first-hand because we are stuck with a course in south Florida right now.
