I have a client wanting to finish his project in Peurto Rico that was stopped during Covid.

He has already closed deals with me before. Much of the building materials he already has sitting. Total Project he expects to be valued at $105 million. He wants $35 million. He already owns the land. He will automatically receive $10 million in tax credits from the government once he produces a Proof of Funds.
