Merchant is a Sole Proprietor with a sub 500 credit score
Has good payback history with two other lenders
Industry: Business is all year around but categorized as Landscaping also does irrigation, remodeling and snow removal
20K Monthly Revenue Average


Merchant is looking to refinance or consolidate 19K balance
Asking for 25K to 30K (which would include balance payoff)
Second position amount of 10K
