I have a client I got approved for $25K for $458 a week, He owns 2 properties with good equity, he wants a monthly deal, he deposits @24K to $34K $75,000 in equity combined.

WBL take's a bit of time to get an approval and evidently they do not give the greatest of them. I have investors lending against equipment, DB (Dun & Bradstreet) & Equity especially real estate. The approval takes about two weeks. if you are interested give me a call (586)501-6855
