Starter Up Company Need Funding

I have a client that is looking for a small business loan for her start-up company. It's a consignment shop in central Florida, her credit score is around 550, she has no existing loans, not currently generating revenue because the shop is not currently opened. She's looking to get funded roughly around 8,500 can anyone help.

Maybe if she improves her credit score she can get a cheaper loan. I know that bad credit loans are very expensive. If this is a startup, can crowdfunding be applied?
