ISO $125K for downpayment for land sale

I have a client who is buying a large land parce for $605K and needs $120K for downpayment. Client has a $250K timber contract they will collect on in 90 days to pay back $125K. Land is in NC. Can anyone fund this?

What business is your client in? What revenue are they generating on a monthly basis? What are they going to use the land parcel for? If it is for a commercial project, I may be able to help you out not only with the $125k but the $605k entirely.
