  • 300k against commercial property

    1 mil is equity. 1 issue. Business only been operational for about 2 months. Doable?

      Hey,

      How long has the borrower owned the property? This should definitely be able to get done via a commercial bridge loan. Long as they generate enough revenue to service the debt. Do they have any other sources of income? Shoot me a email.

        what was the purchase price and value fo the Rea Estate only? please provide more information,

        Is it a Strip center, MF, Industrial etc...
        What is the debt?
        Borrower experience? does he own other property?
