I am working on acquiring a cell phone repair biz need line of credit for downpayment (buying on installment sale). The company is an s-corp so will be a stock sale. Owner has 3 mall kiosks as well as a strong corporate business. Biz has been around for over 5 years. Deposits are $40K+/month. Owner is paying himself over $200K a year. Bottom line is business supports itself. Not that it matters, but my credit is 800+. Let me know if you can help with this one.
