Hey Everybody....Im looking for help.... I have a client that is looking for a loan of $60K to purchase an existing business that does $20-$25k per month. He has a condo that was appraised at $610,000....he has HELOC balance of $35k and Mortg of about $400K.....any ideas? Thanks!
