No income but owns real estate

Hey guys and girls...I have a client that started his business in Feb 2014 he has a real estate group. Due to some personal problems he doesn't have any income coming in from the business. Now hes straightened out his problems and looking to start his company back up. Hes looking for about $30k and he does own real estate.....thanks!
