Restaurant with MCA looking for tern loan

I have an established restaurant that took out an MCA a few months ago and they are looking to either get a term loan or a line of credit to pay it off and just make monthly payments. The resturant does about 250K per month and they just sold their first franchise outlet that opened earier this year.
