Potential $1 Million Deal

I have a merchant looking for $1 million MCA but is only averaging $200k/mo. This is 1st position and they have fair credit. Based off the numbers given to me, the most I can offer them is $400k. If there is someone who can get them $1M, please PM me.

What kind of assets do they have? With only 200K monthly average that's nearly impossible...

As Gigi mentioned would be difficult to move forward with only that average. However whatever first position you did find, we can come behind and add an additional position to close in on that million.
